How my longarming process works

1. Start by submitting the inquiry form

Share a few details about your quilt, the style you love, and the kind of finish you’re dreaming of. This helps me understand your project before you talk.

2. Connect with Rachel about your vision

You can chat in person, over Zoom, or by phone—whatever feels easiest. This is where Rachel walks through your quilt, your goals, and any design ideas. You’ll also get a clear estimate before you commit.

Pricing begins at $0.025 per square inch.

3. Drop off or mail your quilt

Local customers can schedule a drop-off time.
If you’re shipping your quilt, Rachel will share packing and mailing tips to keep your piece safe on its way here.

4. Enjoy a quick, high-quality turnaround

Once your quilt is received, Rachel typically completes longarming within about two weeks. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s ready for local pickup or return shipping.
